RESERVATION POLICY

 

WE’RE HERE TO HELP

We know you’re busy, life happens & sometimes we forget. We promise to give you a courtesy confirmation email no less than 48 hours in advance to remind you about the time that is reserved especially for YOU.

If we are unable to reach you, please understand it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your reservation time to avoid cancellation policy fees . Please read carefully.

 

WHY IT MATTERS 

Creating a work of art shouldn’t be rushed; neither should your service!

We truly value our guests loyalty & respect their time. Each service takes a specific amount of time; customized & reserved specifically for each person.

 

When a guest arrives late, forgets to cancel their reservation in a timely manner or fails to show up without notice, it creates a domino effect for everyone. This forces us to spend all day cutting corners & trying to catch up on everyone ( yourself as well as other guests ). Everyone feels the impact of the stress and that’s NO FUN.

When we miss out on the opportunity to fill an empty reservation time, we also miss the opportunity for those guests who are on our waiting list to receive services. Thank you in advance for doing your part in helping to make the day run smoothly by being mindful of these policies.

RESERVATIONS

A credit/debit card is required to book all reservations. No charge will be made to the card if you cancel or reschedule within a minimum of 48 hours before your reservation time . All fees mentioned below will be charged automatically as stated & checks will not be accepted as fee payments. 

 

 


 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

  NO SHOW

Arriving later than 15 minutes will be considered a NO SHOW, subject to re-scheduling.  

THERE IS NO “squeezing you in” & your service(s) will be shortened & in some cases may need to be rescheduled. In this case you will still be charged 100% of the full service price. 


 

REPEATED NO SHOW 

In addition to rescheduling & being charged 100% of your total services, your next reservation will require 100% prepayment in full as well as with all future reservations.


 

30 MINUTES LATE

Arriving 30+ minutes late will result in full cancellation of your reservation & you will be charged 100 % of your total services. We will require your next reservation to be 100% pre-paid in full. 


 

LATE CANCELLATION

If you fail to communicate with the salon to reschedule a minimum of 48 hours prior to your reservation time there will be a 100% total service charge fee.


 

NO SHOW / NO CALL 

If you fail to arrive for your appointment and/or do not communicate with the salon to reschedule before your reservation time, there will be a 100% service fee charge & we will require all future reservations to be 100% pre-paid in full.


 

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

Hair services can be unpredictable. 

Hair doesn’t always cooperate, it can present unexpected challenges & services can sometimes take longer than predicted.

We promise to always be mindful of our guests time while doing our best to achieve everything we set out to with your experience at 

THE WORKSHOP. If we foresee a reservation conflict we will immediately contact you to discuss options for time adjustments.
